About Us – Colleton County Commission on Drug and Alcohol Abuse

The Colleton Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse is a recognized unit of the County of Colleton. Under the auspices of Colleton County Council, the organization has provided substance use disorder services since 1974. Our current 6000 square foot facility is conveniently located at 1439 Thunderbolt Drive, Walterboro, SC. It is just minutes from Colleton County Middle School, Colleton County High School, the Colleton County ACE BASIN Sports Complex, the SC Vocational Rehabilitation, the SC Works Office and several manufacturing companies. It is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and is licensed by the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control.
