Alcohol Drug Safety Action Program
The Alcohol Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP) is a legislated program for individuals whose drivers license has been suspended for driving of the influence. The Colleton Commission has been an authorized ADSAP program provider since 1983.
If your drivers license has been suspended you should call 843-538-4343 for program enrollment information. Please be prepared to present a photo ID, a copy of your 10 year driving record that is no more than 30 days old, a copy of the ticket, and a deposit.
Be advised that ADSAP enrollment is required by law to occur within 30 days of your conviction. Additional sanctions by the courts may delay your relicensing process.
